Idylle^®Cupuaçu chocolate

Cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum), also called copoazú, is an Amazonian fruit related to cacao. Its pulp and seeds have different uses: the pulp is used in drinks and desserts, while the seeds can be processed to make chocolate.

They are different species of the same genus, Theobroma: cacao is Theobroma cacao and cupuaçu is Theobroma grandiflorum. Cupuaçu is therefore an Amazonian relative of cacao with its own identity. Refer to Idylle^®’s ingredient details for the composition of its chocolates.
